- Chicken – 500 grams, cut into 4 pieces
- Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste – 1 1/2 tsp
- Curd – 1/2 cup
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Refined oil – for frying
For serving
- Lemon – 1/2 piece
- Green coriander – finely chopped
- Onion – cut into slices
How to Make Chicken Fry
To make chicken fry, first wash the chicken thoroughly in lukewarm water.
Remove excess water from the chicken and cut the chicken pieces in 2-3 places with the help of a knife.
So that the marinated masala can reach inside the chicken.
How to Marinate Chicken
Take the chicken pieces in a bowl. Also add curd, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.
After this add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and salt.
Mix everything well, cover it and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Fried Chicken
Heat sufficient oil in a pan over medium flame.
Add the marinated chicken into it and fry on low flame.
When the chicken pieces turn golden, flip them over. Now let the other side also turn golden brown.
