Ingredients for Roasted Cashew Nuts Recipe:
- Whole cashews – 1 cup
- Ghee / butter – 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – according to taste
How to Make Roasted Cashew Nuts:
To make flavorful roasted cashews, first take whole cashews and clean them.
Now add 1 tablespoon ghee / butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
Add cashews to it and reduce the heat. Roast them on low to medium flame while stirring.
Make sure that the colour of the cashews is just golden, they should not burn.
After this, turn off the gas and take out the cashews in a vessel. Let them cool down a bit.
When cooled, add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt as per taste on the cashews and coat them well.
After this, take out the roasted masala cashews by spreading napkin paper in a plate, so that the napkin absorbs the excess oil of the cashews.
Let the roasted masala cashews cool down completely.
